This location is solid, and one of the few here that is open late, and that have pickup/drive up options. Prices and cleanliness are the standard for this area, and normally above. Fruit is normally very fresh, carts are new and nice, nice adult beverage selection, they have almost every single grocery item I typically buy, including lots of bakery selections. Seafood, specialty items and bakery I probably do Publix, but Giant is normally my first stop.

Update - the self check out machines are a nightmare. I can't get through checkout without the machine requiring me to get assistance from an associate at least 2-4 times. The employees all know and admit their self-check out machines are terrible and encouraged me to leave feedback that maybe corporate would see and make changes. As for the store...they have the best produce and butcher in the area. Well stocked, best prices in the area and great service. Despite the onerus checkout machines... it remains my go to grocery store in the area.

I have been a regular Giant customer since I was small, sitting in the child's seat of the cart. Each Giant I have been to has offered the same products, but the presentation is always different, depending upon the local interests of the store's clientele. My first impression of this store was that it was clean, with shelves filled with product. The employees were friendly and eager to help. The cashier (Patricia) was very efficient, courteous and thorough. I have been back to this location several times since my first visit, and look forward to visiting once again. Job well done, folks!! Four Stars

They have scanning guns! Only Giant in area that does. I love the ability to scan as you go. Stopped going to the one closer to me until they get the scanners

The customer service at this store/pharmacy is outstanding. My transaction was with the pharmacy. I had a new prescription about a month ago. As we know, dealing with insurance companies can be hectic. This prescription caused Giant Pharmacy to go back and forth between the Doctors Office and Insurance Company several times before the pharmacy had all the correct information. They were so patient and friendly through the process. Flash forward to this month to refill same prescription - again there were changes on the drs dosage and problems still lingering from the month before. (none of this was on Giant's part). I spoke with Ebony at the pharmacy to explain a very confusing timeline. She was wonderful, understood right away and took care of it seamlessly! The next day I went to pick up the prescription and learned from Gwen (who is always so helpful) about the opportunity of getting Giant Reward points for my quite expensive prescription. As luck would have it, my bonus card was not working correctly and did not give the points. I was ok with it, but Gwen wanted to be sure I got the points due to me. Then the Betty (the pharmacist) came to help as well. Again I stated it was really ok, but they really wanted to make sure I received the points due to me. I left all my information and within two hours, they called me back twice to gather/share more information. Then Joe, the store manager called me himself to let me know he put all points on my card and to be sure to reach out to him in the future if there was an issue! WOW! Talk about going out of THEIR WAY to provide service. I wasn't even that pressed on getting the points, but THEY wanted to be sure I go what was due to me. What an excellent team! They certainly all want the absolute best for their customers!

Bought an arrangement of flowers and wanted to fill out a card but my handwriting is terrible. Judy and Karen were great in helping me write down a short note on the card. Above and beyond their job description I am sure! Thank-you to a nice and helpful staff.

Been living in the area of Stafford and Fredericksburg since 2002 and will say Giant has always been my go to for groceries and their deals. Keep up the great work and service. Very nice and helpful staff from front to back. With that said I would like to shout out Miciah (I hope I spelled that right) for his great cashier skills from greeting to especially bagging and also the young gentleman I always see working produce but knows his whole store sorry I don’t know your name but keep up that great service.

Great selection for a discount food store, from food, to vitamins, to common household products. Better selection than Publix at a far more reasonable price. Bakery has an impressive selection. You do need a membership card to take advantage of special deals, but it's free. They have state of the art checkout machines too.

They have more organic selection. Clean and organize. I thoughtfully recommend it. Nice floral department. Well maintain. Very organize. Staff are friendly and polite.
